Product Support Manager  
Location: Toronto, ON  

Define and manage customer product requirements and act as the key interface between the customer and in-house engineering design /development teams. Responsibility for resolving customer issues surrounding product specifications and design issues. Contribute to and help establish /develop strong customer relationships.

Must have high initiative and be results oriented with a strong technical aptitude. Must have a good understanding of the issues involved in qualifying, developing and successfully introducing new products. Effective presentation and communication skills.

Previous experience leading design /development groups with hands-on experience in RF Microwave product development. Customer support experience and previous high volume electronics manufacturing experience required.
